My experience here was exceptional. The entire team, from Mindee at the front desk (who always answers all my questions) all the way to the treatment room professionals, exceeded my expectations. I was initially hesitant about a certain treatment, but Heather took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, she offered me an alternative that suited my skin needs perfectly. It's refreshing to see a business that values honesty, professionalism, and patient comfort over sales pressure. You can tell the staff are all like a close-knit family who truly enjoy working together. That kind of positive environment really shows in the care they provide. I drive two hours just to come here - it's absolutely worth it. Shelby is absolutely WONDERFUL: professional, personable and always makes you feel comfortable. Her warmth and professionalism and precise technique of all the procedures make every visit worth my drive, and I walk out happy. They are lucky to have her there. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality care.

She always takes her time and offers me multiple options for treatment (depending on my budget at the time). I always leave feeling happy & pampered. I have been getting my Lips done by Shelby for nearly 2 years now and went for some tox to treat my eleven lines for the first time this month. I can’t believe how youthful my treatments make me look and feel. It’s an investment to my wellbeing I am willing to prioritize. The pain is manageable and Shelby works really quickly. Plus they work well to ensure your comfort, the numbing gel is amazing, I take my headphones in and blast music or a pod cast and Shelby just lets me go into my own world while she works. This place is the absolute best for me, I won’t be anywhere else!! I have went other places that are high pressured, I love that the entire staff just supports your goals but gives you very clear guidance and their professional opinion. My healing took about 8 days on my lips but no bruising just swelling. My tox kicked in slightly about 7 to 10 days in, I am 2 weeks out and so happy with my results.

Franco is hands down my favorite Med Spa. I don’t live in OKC anymore but I still drive back just for Franco and the team. Heather is incredibly kind and super informative. She walked me through everything and made the whole process feel easy and personal. Never been so happy with my results and level of care here. I can’t recommend them enough!

I love Franco! The space is spotless, welcoming, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Gabby did my SkinPen treatment, and the results were just as impressive as the staff—my skin has never looked better!
