My experience here was exceptional. The entire team, from Mindee at the front desk (who always answers all my questions) all the way to the treatment room professionals, exceeded my expectations. I was initially hesitant about a certain treatment, but Heather took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, she offered me an alternative that suited my skin needs perfectly. It's refreshing to see a business that values honesty, professionalism, and patient comfort over sales pressure. You can tell the staff are all like a close-knit family who truly enjoy working together. That kind of positive environment really shows in the care they provide. I drive two hours just to come here - it's absolutely worth it. Shelby is absolutely WONDERFUL: professional, personable and always makes you feel comfortable. Her warmth and professionalism and precise technique of all the procedures make every visit worth my drive, and I walk out happy. They are lucky to have her there. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality care.

The first time going into Franco about 2 years ago, I didn’t really know what to expect for my initial consultation. I was SO PLEASED with my first experience— they had product lines I was familiar with and actively used in my routine; as well as friendly, non-judgmental ladies happy to answer all my questions without rushing me; they wrote down all prices for the products and services I inquired about without any pressure to make any immediate decisions. Sigh of relief! I was able to go home and give all the options some thought without feeling guilty for having not made a purchase. Fast forward to present day and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these ladies! They are as beautiful inside as they are outside! From the moment you walk in, every friendly face is genuine, and they are passionate about helping you feel amazing about yourself - which is nearly impossible to find on this planet. You are in good hands at Franco. Rest assured they will treat you with respect, professionalism, and yet somehow make you feel just like family!

I have been going to Heather at Franco Aesthetics for quite some time for Dysoport/Botox injections. She does a great job and is very attentive to your needs. The prices are great as well. If you are looking for a great injector, this is the girl to see!

Franco is hands down my favorite Med Spa. I don’t live in OKC anymore but I still drive back just for Franco and the team. Heather is incredibly kind and super informative.
