Had a really good experience at Franco Aesthetics in Norman. The staff was professional, straightforward, and easy to talk to. Nobody tried to upsell me or push treatments I didn’t want, and they actually took time to explain everything clearly. I went in mainly to learn more about peptides and weight loss options, and they built a plan around my goals instead of giving some generic approach. They were knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process comfortable. The place is clean, organized, and runs professionally. You can tell they care about results and making sure clients are taken care of. If you’re looking for a med spa in Norman or the OKC area for peptides, medically supervised weight loss, Botox, skincare, or other aesthetic treatments, I’d definitely recommend Franco Aesthetics.

My experience here was exceptional. The entire team, from Mindee at the front desk (who always answers all my questions) all the way to the treatment room professionals, exceeded my expectations. I was initially hesitant about a certain treatment, but Heather took the time to explain everything clearly and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, she offered me an alternative that suited my skin needs perfectly. It's refreshing to see a business that values honesty, professionalism, and patient comfort over sales pressure. You can tell the staff are all like a close-knit family who truly enjoy working together. That kind of positive environment really shows in the care they provide. I drive two hours just to come here - it's absolutely worth it. Shelby is absolutely WONDERFUL: professional, personable and always makes you feel comfortable. Her warmth and professionalism and precise technique of all the procedures make every visit worth my drive, and I walk out happy. They are lucky to have her there. Chloe is also great, extremely professional and was thorough with all my treatments. She is personable and makes you feel comfortable throughout the treatments. All the staff are AMAZING! They make you walk in and walk out with a smile on your face. Worth my 2-hour drive. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality care.
