Can I use my wallet credit on retail products?
Yes. Credit applies to everything we sell — services and retail both. Spend it however makes sense for you: skincare, supplements, injectables, lasers, weight loss, all of it.
What happens to my wallet credit if I cancel?
Unused wallet credit is forfeit on cancellation. We structure it that way to keep the membership math honest — the credit and the discount only work when members commit. Use your credit before you cancel.
