HEATHER fRANCO
APRN
Heather Franco is the owner and Nurse Practitioner at Franco Aesthetics. Heather’s
main goal was to create a safe, relaxed, evidence-based practice where men and
women could comfortably receive aesthetic services that would help them feel their
best. Heather received her Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and
her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University. Heather makes
continued education a priority at Franco Aesthetics and regularly attends local and
national trainings. In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her husband, and her
three children. Heather cannot wait
to meet you at Franco Aesthetics.
SHELBY BENNETT
RN
Shelby Bennett, RN, is a nurse injector at Franco Aesthetics. Originally from a small town in Oklahoma, she earned her nursing degree from East Central University after attending the University of Oklahoma. Shelby began her career in the emergency department before discovering her passion for aesthetics. She now specializes in neuromodulators, fillers, and laser treatments. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and traveling! Shelby is also a national trainer for InMode! Shelby looks forward to meeting you!
gABRIELLA aLEMAN
Aesthetician
Gabriella Aleman is a licensed Aesthetician at Franco Aesthetics. She received her license from Central Oklahoma College. Gabby specializes in Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels and medical grade skincare. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their skincare goals and is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and making everyone feel their best! When she is not in her treatment room you can find her with her daughter, hanging out with family and friends! Gabby cannot wait to see you at Franco Aesthetics!

Office Manager
Mindee is the friendly face of Franco Aesthetics with over 7 years of experience in the beauty industry and a background in cosmetology. She loves making clients feel welcome and cared for. Outside of work she enjoys hiking with her mini aussie, Eevee.
Karen Heinz
Marketing
Karen was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and later attended the University of Oklahoma—Boomer Sooner! She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to connect with a diverse group of patients and ensure everyone feels welcome and understood.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time catching up with her large, close-knit family back home. She also has a creative side and loves unwinding by playing guitar in her free time.
