Our all-female team brings compassion, precision, and a personal touch to every treatment — creating a space where empowerment and aesthetics go hand in hand.
Heather Franco
APRN, FNP-C
Heather Franco, APRN, FNP-C is the owner of Franco Aesthetics and the practice's lead injector. She earned her Bachelor's in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and her Master's in Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University.
Heather sets the clinical standard at Franco Aesthetics — she trains every injector on her team and reviews every protocol the practice uses. She personally leads all bioidentical hormone replacement, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy patients. Her injectable work focuses on natural-looking results: subtle, balanced, and never overdone.
Continuing education is a constant. Heather regularly attends national training sessions and brings the latest techniques back to the team. Outside the clinic she's at home with her husband and three children.

Shelby Bennett
RN, InMode National Trainer
Shelby Bennett, RN is an InMode National Trainer — certified by InMode to teach other licensed providers across the country how to use the Morpheus8, IPL Lumecca, Diolaze, MorpheusV, and VTone platforms. At Franco Aesthetics, she leads the InMode device program and sets the technique standard the team trains to.
Originally from a small town in Oklahoma, Shelby earned her nursing degree from East Central University after attending the University of Oklahoma. She started her career in the emergency department before moving into aesthetics, where she now performs neuromodulators, fillers, and the full InMode device line. Outside the clinic she's spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
Chloe Pearson
Licensed Aesthetician
Chloe graduated form Central Oklahoma College in 2010. She specializes in Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, microneedling and chemical peels. Chloe strongly believes in the power of medical grade skincare and how it works wonders outside of your treatments. She loves meeting new people and ensuring they have best the treatments possible. In her free time she loves to travel and spend time with her family and sweet dog.

Mindee is the friendly face of Franco Aesthetics with over 7 years of experience in the beauty industry and a background in cosmetology. She loves making clients feel welcome and cared for. Outside of work she enjoys hiking with her mini aussie, Eevee.
Karen Heinz
Marketing
Karen was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and later attended the University of Oklahoma—Boomer Sooner! She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to connect with a diverse group of patients and ensure everyone feels welcome and understood.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time catching up with her large, close-knit family back home. She also has a creative side and loves unwinding by playing guitar in her free time.
Autumn Richardson
Front Desk
Autumn brings 4 years of experience in the aesthetic industry along with her aestheticians license and role as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, personalized experience for each guest while helping clients look and feel their best. Dedicated to both patient care and aesthetics, Autumn strives to make each client feel confident, comfortable and supported throughout their experience. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and making lasting memories with friends and family.
