We don’t sell you a routine off a shelf. Our licensed aesthetician sits with you, looks at your skin, and builds a regimen for your skin type, concerns, in-office treatment plan, and budget.
Skin Analysis
Our aesthetician reviews your skin in person — texture, pigmentation, sensitivity, hydration, breakouts, and any concerns you’ve been chasing on your own. We discuss your current routine, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what in-office treatments you’re considering or already running.
Custom Regimen
We build a step-by-step regimen for AM and PM using the right ingredients at the right strengths for your skin — not a generic 8-product stack. Heather oversees the protocol. We tell you what frequency, what order, and when to layer in actives vs ease off them.
Follow-up & Adjust
Skin responds. We check in over the next few weeks and adjust — step up an active, swap a product, pull back on a step that’s irritating, or add something new when your skin is ready. Your regimen evolves with your skin, the season, and your treatment schedule.
